Letter from the VP Recruitment

My name is Nyiera Campbell, and I have the honor of serving our Theta Zeta chapter as our Vice President of Recruitment here at Randolph-Macon College.When I first began my journey here at Randolph-Macon, I never imagined I would be where I am today, holding this position. I joined Alpha Gamma Delta in the spring of 2025 through continuous open bidding. After the first event I attended, I knew this was home for me. All the other women were so welcoming, kind, and open. They provide support that I believe cannot be found anywhere else.Every member is super excited to meet the new Member Class 2026 and show them what Alpha Gam has to offer. The recruitment team and I are bringing tons of ideas to the table to ensure this formal recruitment is a success and that everyone involved has a great experience.If you are interested in recruitment and unsure whether it is right for you, try it because you never know. I did not come to college expecting to join a sorority, but after meeting everyone and seeing how different everyone's walks of life are, I became certain I made the right decision. Not everyone has the same experience, ambitions, background, or goals, which truly makes Alpha Gamma Delta so special and dear to me. What unites us all is the shared love and support for each other and recognition for each sister.
