Letter from the VP Recruitment

My name is Ryan Prince, and I have had the honor of serving our Theta Zeta chapter as our Vice President of Recruitment here at Randolph-Macon College.When I first came into recruitment as a first generation student, I felt out of my depth. I was afraid of being judged, but eager enough for the connection of sisterhood to push past that fear. I could not be more grateful that I did. The women that I have met here in Alpha Gamma Delta have pushed me to believe in myself more than I could have ever imagined, and have supported even my wildest dreams. I cannot imagine where I would be without the giggles, pep talks, and silly adventures that my sisters have given to me. My team and I are working overtime to ensure that our PNMs have a fabulous experience this upcoming formal recruitment season. There is so much excitement throughout the chapter to meet Member Class 2025, and we are all working super hard to give them a taste of the love and dedication that Alpha Gamma Delta has to offer. If you are interested in recruitment, but feel as I did that perhaps you will be judged or rejected, allow me to ease your mind. Alpha Gamma Delta is a chapter built up of girls from different backgrounds, perspectives, and ambitions. The thing we all have in common is a shared love and interest in making sure we all succeed at these ambitions, feel valued for those perspectives, and cherished for our backgrounds.
